A breakfast view to remember

The location near the Mall of Istanbul was fantastic, making shopping a breeze. I loved the spacious lobby and the multiple elevators that made getting around so easy.

Unfortunately, the breakfast hygiene was concerning. The staff preparing the breads were not wearing gloves, and the coffee machine's milk was never hot enough. the WIFI was frustratingly slow.

The staff provided outstanding service, particularly Mr Chacha who was always ready to assist with a smile. The King Room with a terrace was a delight, presenting beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast spread was impressive, especially the variety of fresh fruits and baked goods that started my day right. Shopping was seamless with direct access to the mall, which made my time there enjoyable.

Check-in could use some improvement as there were delays that affected my overall experience.

During my stay, the air conditioning in room #1916 emitted foul sewage smells, making it unbearable. I was frustrated that the door connecting to the mall was always locked, requiring constant calls to reception. To make matters worse, the hotel staff handling breakfast did so without gloves, raising hygiene concerns.

It was just a nice choice for a brief weekend stay in Istanbul with good value for cost. The breakfast area had a decent selection of freshly prepared items, especially the fresh fruit that was delicious. Make sure to check if the room service menu has everything you want before ordering.

I could hear conversations from the adjoining room at night, disrupting my sleep. Service at the front desk was impressive, and the bell staff gave an excellent overview of the hotel. room service could have been quicker, especially when waiting for breakfast orders.

It was just a suitable option for a weekend breather in Istanbul with good value for price. The bed was comfortable and provided a decent night's sleep after a long day out. Be prepared for a bit of a wait during check-in and checkout.

Each staff member, especially Ms. Gizem and Mr Hamza, played a crucial role in making my stay memorable with their cheerful hospitality and prompt service!

Staying here was a delight due to the direct connection to the Mall of Istanbul, allowing for effortless shopping and entertainment without going outside. The breakfast was noteworthy, featuring a wide array of freshly prepared items, particularly the fresh apple juice that became my favorite. The bell desk staff provided exceptional service during check-in, offering a warm welcome and helpful information about the hotel.

My stay as a solo traveler for 3 nights was great. The Deluxe King Room was spacious and quiet. Room service was prompt and efficient. I appreciated the proximity to the mall, making shopping convenient. I had a pleasant experience. 😊
